Whats the best way to measure food portions? for example 1 cup of pasta or so.

I just used Italian seasoning on this one and a little salt & Pepper to taste. It is in the oven for 20 minutes

Made this today, but replaced the mushrooms with red peppers. It was VERY good. This recipe feeds my family of 3 twice and then some, so its great to have for a leftovers meal. YAY!

i’ve been doing something really similar for years, only i don’t use the tomato sauce…only the diced tomato and i add lots and lots of fresh diced garlic, a little more olive oil and also red pepper. TO DIE FOR! Very delicious! This way looks great too! Thanks!
