i just subscribed. I love cooking my own food. wow this pasta looks awesome!

Whats the best way to measure food portions? for example 1 cup of pasta or so.

1 cup of oats = 5 large spoons (i assume)

i’ve been doing something really similar for years, only i don’t use the tomato sauce…only the diced tomato and i add lots and lots of fresh diced garlic, a little more olive oil and also red pepper. TO DIE FOR! Very delicious! This way looks great too! Thanks!
