    I am so glad I purchased it! You’re very inspiring. It clicked in my head that I do need to stop obsessing over weight loss itself and start living, and let it come naturally. I am so obsessed with losing weight that I forget to stop and think about the larger picture… life itself. Weight loss IS just a bonus of a more beautiful, reason to get healthy and live.     And yes, people have accused me of many things. There is a lot of pain around this subject and it comes out in hurtful ways. The best thing to do is forgive them and send them love (or blessings if that’s comfortable for you). I believe in you!~

    Now I’m a size 2/4 dress size. I’ll tell you about my “accidental discovery” in an upcoming video… it’s a very special story and I don’t want to rush through it in a quick comment… but basically “my spirit awoke inside of me” and I saw my body from a new perspective, one that I cherish instead of fight against.

    That changed everything and I stopped “trying to lose weight” and I started focusing on “gaining health”.

    something after you lost so much weight. Because I am a size 6 which is fine with me, not too skinny, not too much and people already tell me I have bulimia /anorexia. As if I wouldn’t know.

    hey I just subscribed to your channel yesterday and thought you weren’t making any more videos so what a nice surprise there’s a new one today! Seems like you have a lot of sunshine over there! :) I’m asking, could you maybe make a video on which foods to eat. I’m totally in about the processed foods, but not totally sure about what is considered ‘processed’! Like, is cheese considered processed already? Seasoned meat? Flour? Would be great! Thank you and keep on doing the great work!
