    eat breakfast its most important meal of the day. skip lunch eat dinner but some thing easy and not alot, this is my guss.

    Offcourse,breakfast is main thing.I was missing diners,and after 2 weeks i lost 6kg.(not sure how many lbs is that)I lost allot in chin.

    wow 8 stone is light. Cheryl Cole weighs a lil over 8 stone and everyone knows how tiny she is. Maybe you are just being harsh on yourself? Because everyone critizises their looks but don’t see the good that everyone else sees? xxx

    hmmm dunno about this. I chew gum on a regular everyday, you would think that would work my jaw and all that, and keep me from a double chin, i am skinny, but i notice i do have some fat under my chin… doubt those first 2 exercises she recommends help, as i chew gum every minute of the day.

    make sure u eat healthy. aaaand 3 meals a day. dont’ skip breakfast. breakfast is what starts your metabolism!!!! eat good in breakfast fibre!

    in my school they always serve sallads ama stop eating the other food and only that and keep on ex and see what that will take me :)

    that was the same problem i had but i learned how to build a fast metabolism just eat a lil bit work out then eat a lil more and work out again
