Hi, heres a tip that really works for me; take a piece of paper/paperboard and draw a scale of it, with your ideal weight. The more realistic your scale looks, the better! Write down all of your personal motivations and reasons to reach that ideal weight. I dont use a real scale, but this one motivates me every time and I can already feel my victory

im a 14-year old boy, and im not at all fat, id just like a 6-pack/flat stomach. About a year ago i had lovehandles and was a little bit fat but the way i find easy to lose weight is if you see on tv or something somebody the same age as you with a really good figure and that motivated me to get fit!

another thing is you don’t need to get on a diet routine… like a crash diet or low carb diet. Those diets aren’t all that good because they stop you from eating certain foods. Then once you get back to eating them, you go crazy on them because you’ve been craving them. The goal is to stop eating processed foods and just eat fruits because they are healthy and even if the foods are processed eat less of it and balance it out so that you don’t exceed your calorie intake. Hope I said enough, lol
You have to think thin, and the more you think thin the more your life will revolve around thinking thin making it easier for you to understand how to loose the weight. You can eat anything you want but the goal is to eat the right amount of calories everyday in order to loose the weight. If you eat more calories, it’ll add up little by little but if you exercise, you loose the calories right away. The skinnier you are the easier is gets to keep weight off. That’s why I’ve been loosing more.
I’m female. What I did different than before is I started eating mostly healthy foods or if it wasn’t healthy, I would eat less of it. My goal was to eat only a certain amount of calories a day,which was1200 calories for me. If I ate a whole bag potato chips that added up to about 600 calories that would mean that I would have to eat less for dinner or balance it out with a lot of fruits which don’t have much calories anyway. Loosing weight is about burning more than you eat and being confident.
