yup, looks good, but u need to SAY what you put in
just stick your fingers under the skin and move back and forth. It takes a little work but it will come off.
How did you remove the skin from the ray chicken? I had a lot of trouble the last time, it was really tough to peel off. Any tips? Thanks for this awesome recipe, this will be my third time making it.
