weight without exercise. I’ve lost tons of weight
with virtually no exercise. Remember fat loss
95% is diet and nutition, while 5% is exercising!
So obvioulsly yeah, you can definitely lose weight
without exercise, but watch your calories,and
be educated regarding what you put inside your mouth.
And most importantly be persistence. Persistence
kills body fat! lol~ Good luck! But once u start losing
weight u would want to exercise!

@greenbelter123 It’s possible, but you really should exercise. I recently started on a diet much like this guy, I’ve lost 25lbs so far. Working out becomes addicting once you get into it. TRUST ME! I used to HATE working out, now I actually look forward to it. In fact, I’m going to go do it right now.
@bobvill6 Are you sure that’s right? I’m 6’4-6’5 270lbs and it gave me 2219 calories? I was told by a doctor that I could eat 3k and not feel a thing.
@greenbelter123 I’m currently losing weight by eating healthier foods and exercise. However, each day your body burns a specific amount of calories. If you want to calculate the formula is (I think)
655+(4.7XHeight (inches))+(4.7XWeight(pounds))-(4.7Xage(years))=calories burned/day. As long as you eat less calories than what your burn, you should lose weight. I hope this helped you.
is it possible to lose weight without the exercise? I have a persistent knee injury that stops me going the gym swimming cycling running football and tennis all the things I enjoy. I eat too much and I know I do but it gets me down. I’m out of shape and unfit. I’m 35 and 5ft 10 and pushing 14st 8 not good, I cant buy the clothes I want and hate the look of myself in the mirror
